北浜のオフィス街の路地に位置す創作和風居酒屋素材の力と和の心 乾坤一擲
（ケンコンイッテキ）
モノトーンを基調にしたスタイリッシュな店内はカウンターメインの一階とテーブルメインの2階のツーフロアで構成。
2階のテーブル席は簾で隣席と区切りを持たせており、プライベート感ある空間使いがなされています。
今回はおでん鍋飲み放題コースを愉しむ事に。

お刺身は肉厚で、ハリ艶があり
鮮度抜群。
小鉢はホタルイカの酢味噌和えで一足早い春を感じる一品。
おでん鍋は鍋に並々と具材を盛り付けた見た目にもインパクト大のメイン料理。
具材はこんにゃく、ちくわ、はんぺん、ジャガイモ、大根、豚バラ、つくね、ウインナー、厚揚げ、卵の10種。
驚きの厚みの大根はしっかりなかまで味がしゅんでおり、ほろっと柔らか。
ジャガイモは皮付きをまるまるダイナミズムにいただけ、ほくほく感がたまりません。
締めはおでんの出汁を用いたうどんでお好みでのりとおネギをトッピングするのもgood! デザートはもちもちの雪見大福にホイップと小豆をトッピングした、優しい甘さの和スイーツ。
