We go to farms and markets around the country to carefully select our beef, including ``Usunaga Ranch Purebred Tajima Beef (Kobe Beef)'' and ``Naniwa Black Beef Ranch Osaka Japanese Kuroge Beef''. You can enjoy the gentle fat and rich flavor. Our restaurant's style is to make all of our menu items from scratch, including rare hormones that don't appear on the market. In addition, the chunks of meat are slowly grilled over charcoal before being served, so the meat juices and umami burst out the moment you bite into it! Please also enjoy the “Ryu no Hitomi white rice” which goes perfectly with the carefully selected meat!

There are 3 types of courses. There are also courses where you can enjoy carefully selected pork, such as the ``Beef and Pork Mixed Course'' (5,800 yen) that includes all-you-can-drink.
