どうも雄山です。
淀屋橋駅近く、
移転して話題になってるルポンドシエルへ
昔、移転前に行った事ありましたが、その時の良かった印象はありませんでした。
ではさっそく
【料理】
どの料理も繊細で美しかったです。
味もしっかり。むしろ塩分がたってる印象。
コース料理なので中には甘味や酸味が主役の物が
あっても良かったと個人的に感じました。
コースの中ではサラダ、鳩が美味しかったです。
【サービス】
カウンターキッチンで、サービスやキッチンの方が
説明に来ましたが、活気が無く説明が聞き取れなかったです。
ペアリングを注文しましたが、ソムリエの方も素っ気なく楽しませようとゲストに向き合う姿勢が感じなかった。
料理が素敵な分、もったいなかったです。
【空間】
多分大阪のレストランシーンだと1番お金かかってると
思います。
素敵空間でした。
今回はコース23000円位
ペアリング10000円位で
サービス料と合わせて3万後半位やったかと。
