Sakamori's free-range chicken is purchased directly from female Kyoaka free-range chickens from the Tanba region of Kyoto from a poultry farm, and our craftsmen handle and skewer each chicken whole themselves. Female Kyoto Red Chicken has a much better taste and texture, and is comparable to the difference between beef and pork. Furthermore, the fat of the female chicken has a very elegant sweetness, and the meat quality is moderately soft, so it is no exaggeration to say that it is exquisite.
