Located in Nakanoshima Festival Tower West, 1 minute walk from Higobashi Station on the Yotsubashi Subway Line. This is a Yakiniku (Grilled meat) restaurant produced by Kyoto's Kappo restaurant ``Miya
...gawacho Suiren''. The meat we use is mainly Kuroge Wagyu beef, especially the latest heifers. The vegetables are seasonal, mainly Kyoto vegetables. We are particular about the seasonings, and use natural salt for the salt and the secret soup stock from ``Miyagawacho Suiren.'' For dessert, we offer freshly kneaded warabi mochi made with real bracken flour, which is highly praised by our customers at Miyagawacho Suiren.
