This is the store I was checking out last month. It seems to be Mr. Izakaya (Japanese-style bar), but it is open as a curry shop during the day. It seems to be early in the afternoon around here, and all the Bento (boxed lunch) shops are sold out around 12:00, and there are many places where restaurant is empty except for the outside. However, this one is full. I was guided to a seat in the back that was barely vacant. The menu is roughly divided into "black curry", "yellow curry", and "dream curry" with both, all of which are 500 yen in plain state. I ordered the Dream Curry beef tendon. In addition, it seems that one raw egg is free. +100 yen can make 1.5 times the rice and 1.3 times the roux! I nod my head when I hear that. The curry has a spindle-shaped roux in the center, and black curry and yellow curry are on the left and right, respectively. Apparently, the beef tendon is only in the black curry. Green onions are on both curries. Rice is with oats. Let's start with the yellow curry. It has a mild taste with moderate spiciness. The beef block in the filling tastes good, but is it a little hard? However, the sweetness of the fat is exquisite. The black curry has a very pungent and punchy taste. I guess you could say it's a taste of spears now. The beef tendon leaves a slight crunch, but when you bite into it, the fibers collapse easily. In terms of quantity, it was on par with the large serving option, or just a little more than the average, so I think the amount of the amount at this store is a little small. However, it's nice to be able to eat this level of curry from 500 yen. You can also see why it is so popular.
