We had dinner at Enme Esse Kitashinchi, an Italian Cuisine restaurant in Kitashinchi. Homemade focaccia ⠀ Clam cooked at a low temperature of 59 degrees with chicken consommé from Hyogo Prefecture, Usui peas from Wakayama Prefecture, and Tajima beef soup stock The clams are smooth and soft like they are raw, but they are cooked at a low temperature.
