2023年3月21日オープンのイノベーティブなイタリアンのお店。
本店は、千里中央にある一軒家の素敵なイタリアンのお店 ロベルトカレラさん。

自家製の苺ジュースがすごく美味しかったです♪
お水のグラスは大阪の伝統工芸の天満切子さんのだそうで、コースターの鏡に反射してすごく綺麗でした。
お料理はどれも美味しかったですが、とくに生ハムと仔牛ヒレと自家製プリンがお気に入り。
世界一薄くスライスできるベルケル社のスライサーの超薄切り生ハムは、フォークが透けて見えるほど薄く、口溶けの良さがすごく印象的。
椎茸とマスカルポーネとの相性も最高でした♡
自家製タリアテッレは、小･中･大とお腹の具合に合わせて量を選べるのも嬉しい。
タリアテッレは表面積が広いのでラグーソースがからんで食べやすく美味しい！
自家製濃厚プリンもすごく好みのお味。
ビターなカラメルが際立つ大人のプリンです♪
お料理は、見た目の美しさはもちろん、全体的にあっさりとした優しい味わいなのでずっと食べていたくなりました♡
店内はお洒落だけど落ち着く、すごくくつろげる空間を演出されていて、時間を忘れてゆっくりとお食事を楽しめました。
