「群青」さんは2008年創業。
天神橋筋六丁目駅から徒歩圏内でレンガ通りと呼ばれる人気の少ない場所にあります。
知らないは多分寄ることはなさそうですな。
なんといっても特徴は、メニューが固定されておらず「日替わり」なこと。
日替わりラーメンは静岡・御前崎「たわらや」ぐらいしかないと思っていたけど、大阪にもあったのね(*‘∀‘)

注文から８分ほどで到着した背脂鯵醤油そば。
奇をてらわないシンプルなビジュアル。
普段食べるラーメンではあまりない鯵の香りが食欲をそそります♪
具材は小ぶりなチャーシューにネギ、そして追加した味玉のみ。
そして淡麗系なスープにやや大粒な背脂がIN。
【スープ】
豚出汁の清湯スープに島根県のアジ干しの組み合わせ。
油分がそこまで多くないので、鯵の奥行きが感じられます。
醤油もきりっとしており、コクもありますね。
背脂があまり溶け込む感じではなく、あっさりながらも鯵の美味さを十二分に堪能できます(^^)/
【麺】
説明書きには北金時85%・n15が15%の細麺と表記があります。
舌ざわりが滑らか。
噛むとパッツンとまではいかないけど、ぷつっと切れる食感です。
長めの麺でスル～っと口の中に入っていきますね。
替え玉も良さそうですが、夜もあるので我慢がまん✋
