中華は脂が濃いというイメージがつきものですが、どの料理も動物性のラードを一切使用せず、白絞（しらしめ）油と呼ばれる体にやさしい精製された大豆油で調理しているそうです。なので肥満が気になる方も気にせず食べれそうです。
実際味は文句なしです。

お昼の　定番のＡランチ（７００円）はしょうゆラーメンとチャーハンのセット。日替わりＢランチ（メーン料理と小皿２品、スープ、ライスで８００円）、期間限定のＣランチ（週替わりのめんとチャーハンのセットで８００円）も人気。単品は黒こしょうと焼き豚の相性が抜群の「焼き豚入りチャーハン」（６８０円）がおすすめ。食後には１５０円でドリンクかデザートが楽しめます。杏仁（あんにん）豆腐と手作りプリンはお勧めです。

どの料理も量がしっかりとあり夜でも定食が用意されています。
