仕入れにこだわる

南森町のお寿司「蔵」。
11時45分、たまたま通ったらランチの看板が。
カウンターのみ8席の大将ワンオペのお店です。
一席ずつあけて案内、とても綺麗なお店です。
たっぷり熱々のお茶と布製のおしぼり。
★梅にぎり 税込1000円
冷房がよく効いてて涼しくて気持ちいい。
ちょっと緊張しつつ、7分ほど待ちました。
丸皿に握り7貫と細巻き。
写真を撮ろうとしたら「赤だし揃ってからの方がいいんじゃないですか？」とすぐに持ってきてくれました。勿論どっちも撮りますよ～。
はまちと海老が美味しかったです(^-^)
それと細巻き！
鮪はちょっと薄くて残念かな。
7貫で足りないかなと思ったけど大丈夫でした。
赤だしは酸味を押さえた優しい好きな味。
お魚のあらも入っていました。
ワンオペなので多少時間がかかりますが、ちゃんと握ってくれるのはありがたいですね。
聞くと造り盛合せ等も昼から出せるとか。
提供に時間がかかるけど焼き物も可能とのこと。
