もう何度か行っているお店。
旬な魚に大将が繊細な仕事をしているお寿司。
丁寧に握られたそのお寿司たちは、
口に入れるとネタとシャリが
ゆっくりと混じり合いながら溶けていく。
旨味がふわっと広がり、大将の仕事が後を引く。
特にイクラは、プチっと弾けた瞬間に
口の中からなくなり、後にはイクラを漬けた
ダシ（？）の風味が残る。
その味がたまらない。
人生で初めての味と感覚だった。
店の佇まいはひっそりとしているが、
中は明るくモダンな印象。
日本酒にもこだわっていて、
いつも新しい名前が並んでいる。
コスパが良く、たらふく呑んで食べても
文句なしの値段だろう。
必ずまた行きたくなるお寿司屋さんだ。
※但し、ご夫婦で営まれているので、
満席の時は待ち時間が長い時も。
時間に余裕がある時に行くことがおすすめ。
