Sushicho Sakae (Haru) is located east of Osaka Tenmangu Shrine. This is my third visit, and it's selection course. First, let's toast with beer. I'm happy because I haven't had a drink at work in over a year. The mug is frozen! It's cold and delicious〰️. The sweetfish was boiled until tender, so you could eat the bones. Milt ponzu sauce is exquisite! (ﾟДﾟ)Yum! The simmered gravy is also flavored with alcohol. I shared some with a friend who loves Japanese sake. I don't know much about Japanese sake, but it's easy to drink and delicious (^-^) The Sushi is shrimp, squid, sea bream, and red clam. Pickled tuna! This is again ( ﾟДﾟ) Yummy! Salmon roe is delicious. Sea urchin is delicious. Conger eel, eel, and yellowtail. It's already delicious. Meat Sushi, combined with wasabi, ( ﾟДﾟ) Delicious! Trotak, eggs, and green onions. The egg soup contains a lot of Oyster and has a good taste ( ﾟДﾟ) Yummy! My stomach is full of delicious food. I refrained from drinking the plum wine because of the soda, but I ended up getting quite drunk from the sake. The cheerful proprietor and the friendly proprietress, were they regulars or two female customers? They were happily drinking at the counter. It was a very satisfying night where you could enjoy not only Sushi but also a la carte dishes!
