JR大阪環状線 天満駅から徒歩数分の場所にある炭火串焼きのお店です。
裏天満に近いこの通りは色々なお店が立ち並んでいる区域ですね。
店は屋台のようなビニールシートに囲まれたテラス席やカウンター席更に奥にはテーブル席がいくつもあり見た目以上に大箱なお店です。
今回はテラス席に案内されました。テラス席にもしっかりとクーラーが有り涼しかったです。
メニューは店主が元フレンチで修業された方らしく店の看板串焼きから一般メニューも洋食中心に色々充実しています。
[自家製ポテトサラダ]
オニオンフライのかかったサラダはさすが洋食出身のシェフだけあってやや洋風な味付けで凝っていて美味しかったです。
[チーズオムレツの明太クリームソース]
サラダに引き続きこれまたさすがの洋食メニューです。
ふわっとしたオムレツにチーズが香り明太子の濃厚クリームソースが絶妙で凄く美味しかったです。
これは個人的におススメメニューでした。
[地鶏ねぎま]
串物は焼鳥メニューからいただきますが、こちらの鶏は兵庫県産丹波黒鶏という地鶏を全て使用されています。
まず炭火焼きということで香ばしく焼けていて見た目も美しいです。
鶏自体は柔らかいのですが、脂身が少なく歯ごたえが有って食べやすく美味しかったです。
[ささみの梅しそ]
ささみは淡泊な味ながらしっかりと旨味が有り、梅やしそとの組み合わせもばっちりでした。
[つくね明太子チーズ]
つくねはつなぎが少なくしっかりとした肉で美味しかったです。全体にチーズが溶けていてその上の明太とマヨネーズの組み合わせも良かったです。
[もち豚バラ]
鶏と合わせてこちらのお店で美味しいのが豚肉です。
静岡県産和豚もち豚を使用されているようです。
脂身も含め豚肉のジューシーな旨味が有りました。
[しいたけ]
1串につき少し大き目なしいたけの傘部分が2個あっておろしポン酢でさっぱりと頂きます。
[ピーマンチーズの豚バラ巻き]
こちらのお店では豚バラ肉で野菜を巻いた肉巻きもいくつが種類があり好評のようです。
これはピーマンにチーズをのせて豚バラ肉で巻いてあります。
チーズがいい感じに溶けて美味しかったです。
[大根の唐揚げ]
大根に下味が付いていて美味しかったのは美味しかったですが、そのまま頂くのですがお酒のおつまみようにか少し塩辛かったです。
大体串は何を頼んでも美味しかったですし、一品も美味しかったのでこれは再訪有りですね。
