【大衆肉食堂 源兵衛】さん…天満の駅からは少し離れた場所にありますが賑わっております☆
塊肉を食すお店なのですが…２人では大き過ぎるので次回のお楽しみに。今回はフィレ肉＆肉厚ハラミをオーダー。
まずは乾杯をしてちょこっと前菜３種盛り合わせを。トウモロコシが入ったポテトサラダと白菜キムチと豆もやし。
ちょこちょこ楽しめます。白センマイはピリ辛タレとポン酢と柚子胡椒のピリリさを。茗荷がアクセントに。
ハツ刺しは九州の甘醤油で。合いますね。ホルモン煮込みは種類がいろいろ入っているので嬉しいですね(#^.^#)
熱々で美味しゅうございます。フィレ肉のサイコロ＆厚切りハラミにはポテトフライもたっぷりで満載です。
山葵醤油でフィレ肉を食べるのは大好物です。赤身っぽいお肉は噛み締める旨みがありますね。ハラミはタレで
パクリ（＾ｕ＾）肉厚なので食べ応えがあります。〆は名物な…あっさりおろし蕎麦です。蕎麦つゆで
ズルズルゥー…歯応え喉越しが気持ち良いです♪大根おろしもマッチしています。なかなか楽しめました。
