ある日曜日。
お昼前にフラフラと南森町へ。
空いてるお店を探してウロウロ。
ふと見つけましたのが焼肉マルさん。
肉が焼ける香りと煙で気がつきました。
まだほかにもあるかもしれませんが天神橋筋商店街を探しまくるのもなーと思いこちらに決定。
早速、中へ。
テーブル席，カウンターと厨房という細長い席です。
店に先客は4組ほど。
カウンターに案内されます。
さてこちらのメニューです。
レギュラーメニューにはタン、ロース、カルビ、ハラミ、豚鶏羊などのベーシックメニューから始まり様々なメニューが並びます。
ホルモンは１５品。
肉の逸品、生野菜、盛り合わせ、ご飯もの、スープ、冷麺、甘味、各ドリンク。
名前は失念しましたがランチセットをお願いします。
しばらくてマイ焼肉セットが到着です。
「受け取ってください！」との事で表彰式スタイルで受領。
机の上へ。
全容を確認します。
手前にキムチともやしナムル。
そしてゴマが散らされているタレ。
右側手前に海苔を散りばめたレタスサラダ。
そして奥にはスープ。
左にご飯。
そして真ん中のメイン皿。
長方形の銀皿にドーンと
周りは見たところロース、カルビ、ハラミ、レバー、豚肉など。
真ん中にテッチャンらしき白ホルモン。
バラエティー豊かでボリューミーなお肉達です。
何だか得した気分です。
早速網へ。
まずはよく焼きたいホルモンから。
そしてレバー。
レバーは芋洗坂グループ長が唯一飲み込めない食べ物なんです。
しかし最近のお酒の飲み方からして肝臓ケアは大事です。
というわけでまずレバーからパクリ。
お？意外と歯応えがあり臭みもあまりありません。
あれ？レバーじゃなかったのかな？
でもまずまずの滑り出し。
白ホルモンはまだ火が通ってません。
ここてロースなどを投入。
各部位の歯応えや味わいの違いを楽しみながらご飯をパクパク。
ワカメスープも良い仕事をしています。
そしてキムチやモヤシなども少量ながら焼肉では欠かせない脇役達です〜。
ホルモンにはやはりタレをドップリと絡ませてご飯と共にパクリ。
良い歯応えです。
そしてラストはやはりハラミ。
たっぷりとタレをつけてパクリ。
ご飯と共に咀嚼して胃の中へ。
あーお腹いっぱいです。
若い店員さん達には最初はつっけんどんだなと思いましたがここはこちらから一声。
「普段はレバー食べられへんけどここのは食べれたよ。美味しかった。」というとお兄さんは「ホントっすか？ありがとうございます！」と笑顔。
お見送りまでしてくれました。
良い日曜焼肉ランチになりました。
