The 30 types of sake we offer daily are all seasonal sake delivered directly from breweries all over Japan. Freshly brewed sake in winter, refreshing summer sake in hot weather, and chilled sake in autumn when the maple leaves change color. We offer the most delicious sake at this very moment. This is our commitment as a sake specialty store.
Food Appetizers made with koji
Japanese seasonings made with koji, such as soy sauce, miso, and shio-koji, go well with sake, which is also made with koji. Junmai sake goes well with miso-pickled tofu and sake-kasu-pickled scallops. Warm sake goes well with oden, a dish made with sake lees and white miso. We also take great care with snacks to make our sake taste even better.
