大阪天満宮の近くの酒屋が営む「糀-ｺﾒﾉﾊﾅ-」。
お弁当のみと勘違いしていて、マイレビ様の投稿で素敵なランチがあることを知りました。
ホテル出身のシェフがワンオペでされています。
11時45分着で窓際席get。
ランチは一択、先払いです。

(お味噌汁とご飯のおかわりOK)
4分ほどで着盆。
鮮やかな蒸し野菜には糀ベースのつけだれ。
野菜の甘味がひきたち美味しいです(^-^)
鮭の糀焼きや鶏肉もご飯が進みます。
美味しくてお味噌汁とご飯をおかわりしました。
各々は量が少な目ですが、どれも丁寧に作られている体に優しい料理。
12時15分で満席に。
30分の滞在でお店を出ました。
