天ぷらとワインが見事に調和！
マリアージュが楽しめる天ぷら居酒屋！
大阪・天満に2017年オープンした「天ぷらとワイン大塩天五横丁店」さん。
今や大阪に3店舗、東京にも1店舗展開する人気のお店。
ありそうで無かった天ぷらとワインのマリアージュが楽しめます。
土日は14時から営業しているため昼飲みとして利用しました！
お店は天満駅から徒歩約5分。
数々の飲食店が連ねる細い通路「天五横丁」の一角に店を構えています。
店内は清潔感があって落ち着いた雰囲気。
テーブル席が20席、カウンター席が10席の合計30席。
お客さんは20～30代の若い世代の方ばかりでした。
ドリンクはワインがメイン。
天ぷらの種類によって白や赤などおすすめの合わせ方を店員さんが教えてくれます。
カマンベールチーズやロッシーニなどワインに合いそうな食材が並びます。
中でも「いくらカナッペ」はお店イチオシ。
見た目もすごいんです(*・ω・)ノ
今回は「天ぷらおまかせ5品」（1000円）を注文しました！
・天味噌きゅうり（390円）
天ぷらが来る前に単品で「天味噌きゅうり」を注文。
味噌ときゅうりはよくある組み合わせですが、そこに天かすをプラス。
食感が加わって美味しいです♪お酒の良いアテ。
・いくらのカナッペ
まずはお店イチオシの「いくらのカナッペ」。
揚げた海苔にプチプチいくらがライドオン！
口に入れた瞬間磯の香りがふわああ～っとやってきます！
プチプチ感とパリパリ感2つの異なる食感が楽しめました♪
・アスパラパルミジャーノ
お次は「アスパラパルミジャーノ」。
パルミジャーノチーズが上から降りかかってワインに合う一品に。
サックサクで美味しい。
・ナスプロシュート
続いてもワインに合うように仕上げた「ナスプロシュート」。
茄子とハムの初めての組み合わせ。意外にも合ってびっくり！
個人的にこれが一番好きかも(*・ω・)ノ
・海老
海老は一人1本。
揚げたてサクサクでもちろん美味しい♪
もうちょっと大きかったら嬉しかったかも。
・鱧梅肉
最後は鱧梅肉。
鱧と梅肉の間違いない鉄板の組み合わせ。これはビールが良いですね笑
5品の天ぷらがセットで1000円はかなりお得！
リーズナブルに天ぷらとワインのマリアージュが初体験できました♪
また次はガッツリと食べたいと思います(*´∀`*)ノ
