The owner, who has studied sushi for seven years and Japanese-style meal for three years, carefully selects the ingredients with an eye backed by solid experience. Tuna and sea urchin are sourced from
... Tokyo, and sometimes from Kumamoto. The exquisite sushi at Sushi Toyonaga is completed through a wide range of careful work, including ingredients that are prepared at the appropriate temperature for each ingredient, rice cooked in a clay pot upon reservation, and one-of-a-kind sushi plates that are handcrafted by the chef one by one. Enjoy each exquisite dish while enjoying a conversation with the owner in the atmospheric Sukiya-style space.
