“Juwari Soba” is soba made only with buckwheat flour without any binder. Although it has an image of being expensive, at our restaurant you can enjoy handmade soba at a reasonable price. We use our original buckwheat flour, so you can enjoy the full flavor. We also have a wide range of menu options. We also have Tempura toppings. We recommend ``Bukkake Soba'' and ``HACHI'' topped with natto and yam for those who are particular about nutrition.◎
