12月1日にOPENした天満の焼鳥しふくさんへ(^o^)
コンセプトは気軽に本格的に、インスタで気になってたのでOPENの次の日に来店！！
商店街の2階の立地、愛想が抜群によい店員さんがお出迎えしてくれます、カウンターにてご案内されました〜〜、焼台が近いので嬉しい！！
おまかせ串コースを頼んだら、なんと全部飲み放題が2000円で全部つくみたいで、ワインソムリエ、酒ディプロマの方がお酒をマリアージュしてくれるとの事、種類も30種あり、ご立派なワインセラーがありました〜〜！！
おまかせコースは3,5,8種とあり色々食べたいので5種にしました！！
逸品の鬼おろしと串5種、鶏スープがついて1300円！！
ずりとねぎま皮、抱身、つくねが出てきました！！
正直、感想は・・・
めちゃくちゃ美味しい^_^
高級焼鳥の1本400円とか500円とかのレベルの串が200円〜250円で楽しめます(^o^)
それよりも美味しい！
目の前で焼いてるのを見てて、焼き方のこだわり、串のポーションも大きい、一手間の技術が散りばめられてました！！
感動(^O^)
特に細かい技術や一手間が本当にびっくりしました、大味な焼鳥店が大阪に多い中（勝手に言ってすみません）、旨味にこだわったここの焼鳥は絶品、しかもコスパがすごすぎる！！
逸品もやばいのばかり、白葱山椒焼きびたしや肝造り、ハラミチャンジャも最高で、特に大根のフリットおぼろ昆布にほっぺたが落ちて拾うのが大変でした、笑！！
〆はラーメン、12時間炊いてるらしく、レベル高すぎ〜〜〜、鶏白湯ラーメンは濃厚でエスプーマのクリーミーで全部満足！！
そして、サービスも最強！！
感銘を受けたのは、ワインソムリエなのに、全然固くなくて、大阪のおもろさを入れてくれながら説明してくれます＼(^o^
気遣いがホテルマンレベル（勝手に言ってすみません２）、居心地よくて、2時間半の滞在で心奪われました☆彡
最近、昔みたいなアットホームな接客の店がないので接客の素晴らしさを改めて感じました！！
ここは本当にすごいよ！！
そして、値段も安い、最高！！
写真はナチュールのオレンジワイン、もちろん飲み放題に入ってます☆彡
単品でも生ビール350円、ハイボール、酎ハイ300円って！！
焼鳥を楽しみながらめちゃくちゃ飲める使い方も、さくっと一杯で飲めて2000円くらいでもいけます(^O^)
天満の際は必ず行く、すぐに認知が上がりすごいお店になりそうだ(*^^*)
