天神橋筋商店街から5分ほど離れた場所。
このあたりの店舗ってまあまあ入れ替わり激しい気がします。
まあ、商店街や天満市場には沢山お店あるから、少し離れるハンデがね...
こちらのお店も昨年末オープンしたばかり。
店の前は毎日のように通るんだけど入った事無かった...てか、この道沿いの店はほぼ通るだけ（爆）
て事で、たまには足を止めようと初来店。
日曜日の夜は混んでるかな？と思いきや先客は4人組のおじおば様チームのみ。
奥のテーブルに案内。
なかなか綺麗でオサレな雰囲気。
空いてて、逆に落ち着けるからいいわあ

まぐろ、カンパチ、天然ブリ、サーモン、ヒラメ、蛸の6種。
どれも鮮度の良さを感じる食感でヨロシ。
ヒラメとちょこんとのっかったエンガワが特に甘くてウマシ。
欲を言えばもう少し大き目な切り方であれば

実は北海道で購入したホワイトコーンがしこたま冷蔵庫に眠っている我が家(笑)
でも、揚げ物面倒臭いから、ここでオーダー！甘みしっかりサクッと揚がりウマシ！
◾︎ バイ貝煮付 360円
これは、普通...てか、ちょい薄味な仕上がり。酒のアテには少し弱目かな。
◾︎ りんごの甘辛豚ばら肉巻き 680円
つくしオリジナルだって。まあ、ありそうなメニューではあるが(笑)
想像よりあっさりした味付け。
薄味というより上品な...って言い方があう。
りんごの種類変えて味付け変えても面白そう...と、創作意欲わきました

アタクシ、辛いのもイける方ですが、これはムズい。なめろうに関しては、茗荷などの薬味と店毎の味噌具合とか楽しむの好きなんですが、ピリ辛が目立ちすぎかな。
不味い訳じゃないんだが、好みでは無かった

焼き加減もよく、パサつかずしっかり脂も感じられ良き良き

長続きして欲しい店です。
