At our store, we purchase ``delicious fish of the season'' caught all over the country. We are particular about bringing out the original flavor to the fullest without sacrificing the characteristics of the ingredients. The rice used is ``Nipponbare'' from Omi, Shiga Prefecture. It is characterized by its light sweetness and viscosity that melts in your mouth. We then add our original sushi vinegar, which is a blend of three types of vinegar, to bring out the quality of the ingredients even more. Enjoy the ``seasonal flavors'' that can only be found in that season, on that day, and at that time.

We carefully select and purchase famous sake from all over the country that goes well with sushi.
