Four of us went to "Public Bar Sanma" which opened on November 30, 2023. It is managed by Push Up Co., Ltd. located in Nakatsu, Kita Ward, Osaka City, but currently it seems that there is only one restaurant. The venue is located a little north of JR Tenma Station in the Tenjinbashisuji Shopping District, and according to information from the organizer, it's a huge success every day. We met at 15:00, but the manager had already arrived, so we were able to enter the store in about 20 minutes. (*^ー^)/C□☆□☆□☆□Dヽ(^ー^*) Cheers~♪ At happy hour until 17:00, “Premol” is 220 yen, “Super Dry” is 209 yen, “Saury” Highball" was 55 yen. "5 types of oden" (803 yen). Radish, konnyaku, fish cake, egg, and wagyu beef tendon. We shared the radish and fish cake. (゚д゚) Yummy!!!!! Oden "Kikuna" (198 yen). It was quite long. It's extremely fresh and (゚д゚) yum!!!! Oden "Chinese dumpling" (for two) (396 yen). There are 6 pieces, but someone ate one. ^^ (゚д゚)Yum!!!!! “Addictive cucumber” (328 yen). (゚д゚) Yummy!!!!! It's not a garlic-flavored salt sauce, but the soup stock is delicious. "Fries" (473 yen). It's perfect for an occasional snack with ketchup and mayonnaise (・∀・)!! "Seven types of kushikatsu" (968 yen). It is characterized by being eaten with hot Japanese soup stock instead of sauce. Wow, (゚д゚) YUM!!!!! “Takoyaki (for two people)” (396 yen). It absorbs the delicious stock and swells up, then falls apart. (゚д゚) Yummy!!!!! Oden's "4 pieces of chikuwa" (436 yen). This too. It absorbs delicious soup stock and is soft. (゚д゚) Yummy!!!!! Kushikatsu "1 asparagus, 3 pieces of beef" (824 yen). The aluminum foil part of the asparagus is too hot to hold. (゚д゚) Yummy!!!!! Kushikatsu with ``2 pickled ginger, 1 offal, 1 squid, and 2 quail'' (834 yen). The skewers of ``Beni Ginger'' are also red. Kushikatsu "4 cheese" (792 yen). (゚д゚) Yummy!!!!! Is this a little expensive? Tempura "scallop, kiss, onion" (637 yen). The tempura soup with grated daikon radish is delicious (゚д゚)!!!!! The final dish is the ``Saury Nigiri'' (680 yen). There was a lot of fat on the ride, and it was delicious starting from the "Otoshi" (385 yen). To sum up, the soup stock was excellent and everything was delicious. 京都府八幡市の「背割堤」でつぼみの花見の後、帰阪してお気に入りの「大衆酒場 さんま」で昼飲みしました。
また行きたいなと、今回で2回目になります。「天神橋筋商店街」のJR天満駅から少し北進したところにあります。
「お通し」(385円)は、さんま、タケノコ、フキです。(・∀・)イイ!!味付けで、(゚д゚)ウマー!!!!!
「お造り5種盛り」(1,628円)です。(゚д゚)ウマー!!!!! 活けタコの弾力がレジリエントで、ゴイゴイスー!
手前の絞ったものは梅肉で、透明の春雨のようなものは「プチマリン」、「海藻クリスタル」などと呼ばれているものです。
「さんまのさんま」(968円)です。焼き立てで、(゚д゚)ウマー!!!!!
「串かつ5種盛り」(748円)です。熱々の和だしに潜らせて、(゚д゚)ウマー!!!!!
「ポテトフライ」(473円)です。マヨネーズとケチャップで、(゚д゚)ウマー!!!!!
おでんの「シュウマイ」(198円)です。全部、ひっくり返っていました。^^ (゚д゚)ウマー!!!!!
「だし巻き」(528円)です。フワフワで、だしがジュワ~と溢れ出てきて、(゚д゚)ウマー!!!!!
おでんの「菊菜」(198円)と「じゃがいも」(165円)です。だしが抜群に、(゚д゚)ウマー!!!!!
「おでん5種盛り」(803円)です。大根がデカイ!(゚д゚)ウマー!!!!!
「タコのから揚げ」(583円)です。コンガリと揚がっていて、(゚д゚)ウマー!!!!!
「海老グラコロ」(638円)です。炙ったチーズ、ホワイトソースと滑らかなマッシュポテトで、(゚д゚)ウマー!!!!!
今回もハッピーアワーで「プレモル」(220円)と「さんまハイボール」(55円)を飲みまくりました。大満足。^^
