A small, hidden restaurant right next to Tenmabashi! The owner hates additives! Enjoy the food made with carefully selected ingredients!
It's close to the station and has good access. We serve seasonal ingredients cooked in the best way possible. We also have a great 1,000 yen set menu where you can enjoy one dish and two small dishes. |
I visited around 7pm on a certain day in October 2021. Asuka is Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) located about a 3-minute walk from Temmabashi Station. There were 7 or 8 customers in the reasonably sized store. Two people sit at a table. First, quench your thirst with a beer for ¥600. We ordered the "Night Service Menu" for ¥1,350, including a choice of three snacks. Evening service menu ¥1,350 Shiitake Ponzu: A simple combination of shiitake mushrooms and grated ponzu sauce. The shiitake mushroom material feels good. Good as a snack for alcohol. Evening service menu: ¥1,350 Domestic black shellfish (small): The quality of the ingredients is also outstanding. The cooking is also done properly. Pluck out the flesh of the shellfish and enjoy its flavor. Evening service menu ¥1,350 Chicken Karaage: Chicken Karaage flavored with a squeeze of lemon. The crispy batter and well-seasoned Karaage make it a perfect accompaniment to sake. Braised crab shell ¥1,200: A dish where you can enjoy the flavorful crab meat and miso. It's really delicious with just the right amount of filling. Savor the crab meat while drinking hot ``Kenbishi (2 cups)'' ¥1,300. The taste of Kenbishi's orthodox sake is also good. Mustard lotus root ¥550: Very easy to eat lotus root. I would like to see more stimulation. The lotus roots have a nice texture. Crunchy charcoal-grilled yakitori ¥500: Crunchy charcoal-grilled yakitori sprinkled with green onions. Lightly seasoned with ponzu sauce, it has the perfect taste and texture to go with sake. Enjoy yakitori while drinking Chuhai (Lemon) ¥450. Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) in Temmabashi with good food. Asuka is a place where you can enjoy a homey atmosphere and a carefully selected Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) menu.
