Oyama's favorite French cuisine in Osaka
Hello, this is Yuyama. [Cooking] What I liked about this course was Kobako crab, monkfish, and game pie. These three were the best. Personally, I didn't like pigeon opera. The dessert Mont Blanc consisted of only sweetness and felt heavy and a bit boring. I don't think it would be suitable as a dessert at the end of a course. [Service] I ordered pairings and all the wines were good ☆ [Space] Casual interior I wanted to go to eat at this restaurant when the menu changed. Considering Osaka's one-Michelin star level, I felt that the food itself was top class.
