天満橋駅より徒歩3〜5分の場所にあるフレンチ料理店 ORIGIN。
ミシュラン一つ星を獲得しており、季節の厳選素材を使用したフレンチ料理を堪能できるこちらの高評価店。食べログTOP5000に選出されています。
料理のクオリティは勿論のこと、ワインの品揃えも素晴らしく、料理の美味しさをグッと際立たせてくれるワインばかりです。
今回いただいたのは、季節のディナースタンダードコース。グリーンピースやミントを合わせたほろ苦さと爽やかさが同居したスープに、海鮮のタルタルを忍ばせたクリーミーなフィンガーフードからコーススタート。
しっとりと仕上げたサーモンと、ナスタチウムの花などを使用した彩り豊かなソースが相性抜群の海鮮料理、コクと旨味の詰まったブイヨンスープと香ばしいおこぜを合わせた一皿、トリュフの香りも嬉しいホロホロと口の中で溶けていく牛タンシチューなど、素材の良さを活かした美しい料理が続きます。
ニュージーランド産牧草牛を使用したメイン料理も、まろやかなマッシュポテトと、牛肉の旨味を濃縮したソース、脂の乗った牛肉のバランスが最高でした！
デザートのプリンやジェラート、2色のコントラストが綺麗なハーブティーまで、満足度の高いコースメニューだったので、ぜひ訪問してみてください。
