あっさりめですが、コクのある豚骨で美味しいです‼️
本場のとんとつスープと細麺、あっさりしているのにコクがあって、本当に美味しかったです。
特に奇をてらったラーメンではないだけに、毎日でも食べられると思いました。
昼食難民になることも多いこの界隈で...
コクのある豚骨スープで、全て飲み干せるぐらい口当たりがよかったです。チャーシューは、箸で掴んだ瞬間とろけそうなくらいトロトロで、口の中に入れると3噛みくらいでなくなってしまうほどでした。
