新町一丁目にある【 集 佐々木孫べぇ 】さんへお邪魔しました。
こちらは一年中私の大好きな牡蠣ががっつり食べれる牡蠣専門店の居酒屋さんです。
もちろん牡蠣以外の一品もおいてます。
木のシンプルな造りの居酒屋さんで今夜は牡蠣を食べまくるぞ〜っ！
と、先ずは生ビールで乾杯〜♪
☆名物牡蠣プレート10個2380円
レモン、ポン酢、お塩、ガーリックバジルなどをお好みの食べ方でどうぞ。
私はシンプルにレモンを絞ってパクリ。
クリーミーで濃厚な岩牡蠣はぷりっぷりで美味し〜い♪
生の次は蒸し牡蠣&牡蠣フライ！
蒸すと身が締まって牡蠣の香りが柔らかくなる感じ。
牡蠣フライは衣サクサクで身はジュワッとジューシー♪
タルタル&お醤油でいただきました。
