夕方5時にもなる前、一番で入店。暑いので最初にジンビームの炭酸割りジョッキを。
残念、ジョッキに洗剤の香りが残ってました。
微かにタバコの匂いが残る室内。
気持ち切り変えて日本酒をメニューから選ぶと今日の冷酒を勧められたのでそれに従いました。
メニュー、かなり沢山あります。
お造り7点盛り、どれもよく寝かせてあります。
白身魚とトマトの春巻き、とても軽く揚がっています。
ここでまたメニューから日本酒選ぶと再度冷酒のお勧め。料理との相性の様で、今日は中々メニューから選ばしてもらえません。 ここはプロに従って。
あとおばんざい。 美味しいのだけれど全部塩がかなり効いています。
お酒を楽しんでもらうための料理という事でしょうね。
