この日は鯛でしゃぶしゃぶを出汁かポン酢でいただけるとのこと♪
出汁にしていただきました！
鯛はとても新鮮なので刺身のまま食べても甘みと刺身特有の食感を感じられて美味しかったです( ´∀`)
しゃぶしゃぶはさっと火を通すだけで身が口の中でホロホロと崩れるくらい柔らかくなりこれまた出汁によく合って美味！
白菜、えのき、豆腐、ネギ、エリンギもたっぷり入っていて、雨の日の濡れた体を優しく温めてくれました♡
〆には雑炊を作ってくれて卵もたっぷり入っていてノリの風味もよくて飲み終わりに沁みる○
☆蓮根もち明太挟み揚げ
サクッとした衣を纏い、かぶりつくと蓮根のしゃきしゃきからもっちりとしたおもちが現れてこれ美味しいやつ(^^)d
明太が味をしめてくれており、熱いうちにハフハフしながら食べるのが◎
