阿波座の穴場創作料理！
仕事帰りに初来訪。
創作具合がハンパないってー！
出てくる料理がすべてアレンジが素晴らしく、食材を当てるのが楽しいお店。
例えば、ポテトサラダ１つでもまず見た目。BBQソースっぽいモノが乗ってて食べると今度はツナのお味がドンと来る。下にポテトサラダもしっかりと主張して初めてのお味。こんなに手間ひまかかってて¥400とリーズナブル。

お昼に初めてきました。
注文は￥800の日替わり（白身魚のフライのあんかけ）を注文。
うーん......なんだろこのモヤモヤ感は。
健康志向が強いお店だっけ？
オーガニックのお店だっけ？
印象は男子的には量も少なく、味も薄いと個人的に思いました。
よく言うと実家のオカンの料理って感じかな？
健康考えるなら毎日通えば、体型もシュッとすると思います。
