今日も新規開拓しようと食べログで検索して、案外近いのに、まだ行ったことないお店を発見！
早速クロスバイクを走らせお店に向かいます。
中華料理屋さんの隣なんですね。
クロスバイクに鍵をかけ店内にIN。
階段を昇って引戸をガラガラと開けてお店に入ると遅い時間だったんで先客は居ませんでした。
テーブルに案内され今日の日替わりのしゃぶしゃぶをオーダーしスマホを触りながら待ちます。
それにしても店内の雰囲気が最高に良い感じです。
私も建築関係なんですけど、この設計した人聞いてみたい位格好いい内装です。
そんなこんなで待つこと5分位で配膳されました。
先ずはお汁から一口。
アオサのお吸い物ですね。
お出汁も良く出てて美味しいお吸い物です。
次にサーモンのお造りです。
脂ののったサーモンに何やら少し甘いソースが掛けられています。
洒落てて美味しいです。
真ん中の豆腐は麻婆豆腐のソースで、少しだけスパイシーな香りがして良い感じです。
最後の小鉢は卵焼きとボイルされたトリムネに下にザーサイが敷かれていました。
全部の小鉢に確りと仕事されてて、職人さんの仕事を感じました。
メインの豚しゃぶもジューシーで良い感じです。
下に大根とピーマン？を醤油とお酒、みりんの煮物があって混ぜて食べるとコッテリしててご飯に良く合います。
食事中も厨房で2人の職人さんが黙々と仕込みをされています。
夜の居酒屋も間違いなく美味しいと思います。
お支払を終え、引戸まで見送りして頂きました。
気持ち良くお店をでて、今日も美味しい昼飯でした。
