土佐堀通ぞいにポンポン船を繋げて
ビニールテントを張りその中でバーベキューみたいな感じ
60分の焼き牡蠣の食べ放題
プラス90分の飲み放題(2杯目からはセルフで)
各テーブルに炭火コンロがセットされている
バケツ一杯に入った殻付き牡蠣を焼いていく
はじめに牡蠣の平らのほうを2分焼き
更にひっくり返して2分
牡蠣の殻が開き始めたら食べごろ
『いただきます』
何をつけずにそのままでも牡蠣のエキスで
十分食べられる
テーブルにはポン酢・一味が置いてある
(レモンは有料)
焼いては食べ焼いては食べを繰り返すこと
バケツ3杯分(60個くらいかな)
ひとり15〜20個は食べかな
牡蠣好きの2人は食べるのに夢中w
食べ放題が終わると追加で
ホタテ・イカ・フランクフルトを焼いていく
