腸活のお店が阿波座にできました('◇')ゞ
ディナー初日に伺ってきましたが、最高のリゾット
オーナーの腸活への思いや食材の拘りなども、しっかり聞きながら
頂ける腸活リゾットは最高でした。味もホテルシェフなどもされていたという事で
安定感あるお味です。
得に我々気に入ったのは、ジューシーでしっかり仕込まれた
「ハンバーグ」リゾット
私が特に気に入ったのが、「グリルチキンのスパイシーアメリカンソース」
辛めのチキンと言えば作ってくれます。
これが激うま。正式名忘れちゃいましたが、こんな名前で通じるかとｗ
ここは腸活という事で、腸をきれいにする成分を
リゾットという形で食させてくれます。
お米もイタリア米とかではなく、日本の玄米
しかもリゾットに合うコメを探しぬいて、見つけた玄米を使用しているみたいです。
私は玄米も好きなので最高でした( ^^) _U~~
大体全種類頼みましたねｗ
ハンバーグは2回注文しちゃったし
豚肉のリゾットは「追いチーズ」してもらったりして
すっかりリゾーラさんを楽しんでしまいましたｗ
敢えて、メニューは多くせず少ない料理でオペ回るようにしていて
ガンガン飲んじゃいたい場合はメニュー数はまだ少ないって感じです。
この辺はママさんも多いですし、最近マンションも増えていますから
今後のメニュー開発、アルコール飲料の種類増えることに期待したいです。
私は因みに、ハイボールか麦焼酎ソーダ割、水割りは攻めて欲しいですｗ
あくまで私的な希望ですがｗ
まあ、希望聞いていたらきりがないですよね
最終グラッパおかなきゃいけなくなるｗ
また時間ができたら伺おうと思っています。
