Our specialty is charcoal-grilled dishes using a variety of pork offal. Regardless of the production area, we purchase fresh, high-quality meat from the procurement routes we have cultivated over many years. We offer different seasonings and cooking methods for each part. We especially recommend the liver, which is made moist and tender using homemade soy sauce and low-temperature cooking. Enjoy it cold or lightly grilled, depending on your preference. Be sure to try the throat area, a rare cut that has a chewy texture similar to the tongue.

For Vegetable Dishes, we use fresh, seasonal vegetables that we go to the market to purchase every day. We offer a comforting obanzai, using cooking methods and spices that make the most of its rich flavor. Charcoal-grilled vegetables, which are cooked slowly over charcoal at the perfect temperature, go perfectly with alcohol. The menu changes every 1-2 weeks, so you can enjoy fresh flavors no matter how many times you come.

There are over 100 types of shochu, mainly brands from breweries that the owner visits or interacts with. We will select and suggest easy-to-drink brands and ways of drinking so that even beginners can enjoy them. We also offer many famous sakes that are not often available in the Kansai region. Among them, Kumamoto prefecture's Kuma shochu ``Mushagaeshi'' and ``Ichiichi Issei'' are recommended. We also have a wide selection of alcoholic beverages, so please enjoy your favorite drink.

A relaxing interior with an open ceiling and a 4m long single board counter and tables. Antique lighting and wood-grained interior create a warm atmosphere, making it a hideaway-like space where even one person can feel free to stop by. We also have table seats where you can enjoy a leisurely conversation, making it ideal for dining in small groups. There is also a Standing bar area, so please feel free to use it if you wish to use the bar after the second bar.
