Kami met her favorite food, `` Udon-suki'', for the first time in a while. As you know, the management company in the Kanto region has withdrawn from this restaurant, and the restaurant is now only available in the Kansai region, so Kami-san was extremely happy. Originally, we wanted to revive the store at the main store, which is a staple of this store, but since it was closed for renovations, we decided to settle on the Honmachi store, which is close by. The Honmachi store was located inside a building, but it maintained a certain sense of luxury, although it was different from the main store. There is a separate charge for the private room, so I had a chair seat, but I don't think there is anything I can do about it. I ordered a course for 8,000 yen, but I was relieved that the food was generally at the same level as before. However, it may be harsh to compare it with the main store that I visited previously, where the service was always attended by a maid in a kimono, but I got the impression that the staff's service and behavior were Udon-suki unsteady. The specialty, live shrimp, was left out because ``we couldn't get fresh shrimp in stock,'' and the frozen sake, which I was looking forward to, was bottled in a container full of ice like wine at the main store. However, this time the bottle was served as is, so I can't help but feel that the level of service has gone down a bit. It was a shame that the restaurant seemed to be doing its best just to maintain the appearance inside and outside the restaurant and the quality of the food, and there seemed to be a lack of leeway despite the large number of staff working there. It's a high-end restaurant that requires a certain amount of money when you include alcohol and drinks, and the management company may be in trouble, but I strongly feel that they need to be a little more attentive in terms of service.
