半年に一度くらい定期的に訪問している予約困難の鉄板焼き屋さん
淡路牛ヒウチのステーキ2100円
脂の少ない赤身肉をじっくり焼いてくれるステーキはお茶で煮ていて次の日に匂いが残らないゴロゴロにんにくと一緒に食べるとめっちゃウマウマウマ
弾力のある硬さがちょうど良くメインに外せない一品
牡蠣のソテー
もう時期が終わるぷりぷりの瀬戸内の真牡蠣をバターでソテーされる
牡蠣の旨みが中に綴じ込まれ食べるとエキスが爆発してめっちゃウマウマ
安土ネギとベニズワイカニ
時分時の人気の秘密はお肉も魚も粉もんも美味しいけど、野菜もめっちゃ美味しいこと
下仁田ネギのような太い白ネギをじっくり焼いて上に蟹身がのっている
マスターは塩味をプラスしたかったと言うがこれまた贅沢な塩味、淡白でほのかに甘い白ネギと蟹がマッチしてめっちゃウマウマ
串焼きおまかせ5種セット1500円
必ずファーストオーダーする盛合わせ
すべて美味しいが特に手作りのフォワグラバターがのった椎茸が抜群にウマウマ
キノコ類は苦手だけどこれだけは別格の美味しさ
そのほか山芋とアボガドのカラスミかけ990円(6枚目)、とんぺい焼きチーズ880円(7枚目)を食べて、締めはもやしそば豚940円(8枚目)と豚玉920円(9枚目)
いつも同じものを食べるが、塩胡椒を使わない唐辛子の旨味を引き出して作るもやしそばと奥さんが焼く豚玉は何度食べても感動がある美味しさがある
