Almost every day when I go to work, I make soup stock using fresh domestic chicken and vegetables. In Italian Cuisine, it's called broad. This is the Q.T.8 style of Vegetable Dishes in which vegetable dishes are prepared with vegetable broth, fish dishes are made with seafood broth, and Meat Dishes are made with beef tendon and bone broth.
