出先の夕食タイム、どうしようかと迷っても時間制限で急がねばならず、候補に挙げてるお店に電話して営業を確認し、優先順位と近場で決めて入店。事前に一杯引っ掛けて行くからねぇ。
結果、宣言で好みのイタリアンが夜は閉めてるようだけど、新しい良いお店が見つかって良かった。
オーダーは、ノンアルコールだから発泡水と、前菜の盛り合わせ。量を少なめでとお願いしてみたら、快く受けていただいて、嬉しいサービス精神。ポイント高し。
先ずお通しが供されたら、お肉のソテー。十分美味しいから期待が膨らむ。
盛り合わせが供されれば、色々な素材が散りばめられて、お野菜からお肉系まで隙がない。先ず筍の焼いたもの、焼き加減含めイケてる一品だし、うずら卵のスモークも、絶妙な塩梅で旨い。
続いて、お芋のクリームに胡桃が混ぜてあるお品や、テリーヌもうま〜い。これでアルコールが無いのが辛いの一言。
〆に、マテ貝のソテーを追加。お昼もしっかりいただいたし、スタート時間も早いから量は十分だろうの選択。
いただけば塩梅の良い味付けで、思わずパンをお願いして、ベルデソースを付けながら、パクパクあっという間に完食御礼。制限が明けたら、絶対にワインと一緒に楽しみたいお料理ばかりでした。
ごっちゃんでした。次の機会では、呑み食べを楽しみたい。
