職場近くの気になっていたイタリアンです。
ランチで伺いました。満席でした。
7分後入店。
気になったメニューを注文。
6分後出来上がり。
■ビジネスランチ（1,200円）
・お野菜の一皿
カロローゾサラダです。
塩加減がちょうどよく、野菜の甘さが引き出されて美味しい！
レタス、さやえんどう、カブ、オクラ、トマト、どれもみずみずしいです。
軽いのに存在感があって上品はサラダです。
・自家製の焼きたてフォカッチャ
軽いのにもちもちっとしていて外はカリッとしていて美味しい！
パスタソースにも合います。
・本日のパスタ
本来であればパスタを選べず、鶏ミンチとホワイトアスパラ、カブの葉のオイルソースが本日のパスタでしたが、売り切れということで、コースで選べるその他の4種から選択。
ボロネーゼ うまい菜入りをチョイス。
野菜の歯ごたえとお肉の噛みごたえ、肉汁がたまりません。美味しい！
パスタはアルデンテで噛むほどに美味しい！
気に入りました。
時間に余裕があればドルチェのレアチーズケーキも頂きたかったですが、やはり気になっていたお店だけあってハイクオリティでした。
