当世風な落ち着いた夜のお店の昼休み
今日のお昼ご飯は、備後町にある「焼酎ダイニング庵菜」で、カツオのトロロ丼をいただきました。
ちょいとご飯の熱で、温くなった切り身がトロっとした舌触り。
山芋のトロロが加わることで、一段と滑らかさに磨きがかかるし、
お腹も膨れるし、一石二鳥ですなぁ。
ところで、こういうお魚のドンブリ、食べ方にも個性が出るんですね。
ワシなんかは、始めっからお醤油をかけて、ざっくり混ぜちゃう。
ある人は、ちょっとづつ、食べるところに振り掛ける。
別の人は、切り身につけて、ご飯にのっける。
みんな持ってる、それぞれのおいしさを、たま〜に真似してみるのも
オモシロいし、違った味わいを見つけることができますよね。
腰掛けたのが直射日光の当たる席だったので、珈琲をいただくころには、とっても暑かったんですよねぇ。
しかし、お日様が傾いた分だけ、季節が移ろっているんだと実感します。
