船場「六味酒肴QU(くう)」でワンコインスタミナホルモン丼公開日：2015/11/21:どんぶり（牛丼、カツ丼、親子丼etc）,ワンコイン以下ランチ,本町・堺筋本町スタミナ丼,ホルモン丼
この日は土曜日。
お昼は船場付近におりました。
ランチに選んだのこちらのお店です♪
お店の名前は・・・？
QU？
Uの中に「食」という文字が見えますが、QUで「くう」と読むそうです。
オシャレです！
お店はせんば心斎橋商店街の入り口からちょっと離れたところにあります。
画像の左端に見えるのがQUです。
ランチは4種類。
魚系か肉系かの選択ですね。
お店は地下1階になるので、階段を下っていき入店。
入り口には何故か魚の骨を干したのが飾られていました。
捌いた後のオブジェなのか？それてもこれから出汁に使うのか？どちらなんでしょう？
店内はテーブル席と小上がりがあります。
私はテーブル席に腰掛けて、ワンコイン500円のスタミナホルモン丼を注文しました。
そして待つこと5分強でスタミナホルモン丼の登場です！
丼の奥に漬物が隠れています。
味噌汁に見えるのは魚の出汁が効いて甘めに仕上げているスープでした。
そして生卵付き？
生卵はどこで投入するのだろう？と思いつつ、スタミナホルモン丼を途中まで食べたところで投入しようと決めました。
醤油も置いてなかったので、スタミナホルモン丼のタレで美味しく食べられるのだろうと判断。
ホルモンは甘辛い味付けでした。
辛さが苦手な私にとっては辛さの方が勝っています(^-^;
ご飯には麦が混ざっていました。
半分くらい食べたところで生卵を投入！と思ったら、生卵ではなく半熟玉子でした(笑)
これなら最初に割って入れておくべきでしたね(>_<)
見た目もキレイだったはずです。
丼なのであっという間に食べ終わり、ごちそうさまでした。
成人男子には少々食べ足りない量ですので、+100円の大盛りをおススメしてます。
