会社忘年会です。特別なスタッフも入れて5人です。
今朝方から持病の影響で調子が悪くほどほどにしていました。
初めてのお店ですし、焼肉は超久しぶりですね。
ホルモンはよく食べますが。
ちょっとリッチ感がする店内で、肉臭がしますが、いい感じのお店。
生ビールで乾杯し、
キムチ盛り合わせ 白菜、カクテキ、きゅうり。
どれも深く使っていていい塩梅。
もやしのナムルは胡麻油がいい風味。
最初のお肉は、厚切り牛タンです。
サイコロまでは行かないまでもかなりの肉厚です。
甘みと食感を楽しみます。
牛ステーキ、さっと焼くだけでいただきます。
はらみタレ漬け、ハーブ鶏モモ、
ハーブはおそらくオレガノだと思いますが、風味は感じられない。
サムギョプサルは肉味噌でいただきますが、サニーレタス、サンチェ、えごまの三種いずれかでいただきます。
厚切りロース、てっちやん、はタレ漬けだったかな。
お酒ですが、韓国のお酒、マッコリ、ハイボールなどいただきました。
ビビンバかクッパ、が選べ、口直しのシャーベット。
大変満足のいく内容です。
