肉と魚が一緒に提供される日替わりが秀逸と伺いお邪魔しました。
ランチタイム開始時は混雑しているとの予測で、敢えて１２：３０過ぎに訪問。
予想通り、ピーク時を過ぎた模様で待ち時間無く入店出来ました。
今日の日替わりは、牛しゃぶとカレイの煮付け。
カレイは１枚で出てくる事が無いでしょうから、上半身が来ることを願って待ちます。
提供は早く、５分で配膳。
カレイは、、、しっぽ側の部位で、、、１/２も有りませんでした。。。
和食屋さんですから味付けに間違いは有りませんが、ボリュームが今一つか。
もう一つ楽しみにしていたのがご飯。
和食屋では、炊き立ての白米が戴けると思っていましたが、混ぜご飯でした。
白米でなければ、炊き込みご飯でも良かったのですが、コストを考えると無理だったか。
色々都合が有るのでしょう。
