隠岐の島出身の主人が手打ちする夜限定の「隠岐そば」は、太く短い十割蕎麦に、鯖ダシの利いた少し辛めのつゆ、薬味に隠岐産岩のりと自家製の辛味大根。その三者のバランスが、たまらなくいい。蕎麦の実を石臼で挽くことに始まる丹精のなせる業は、蕎麦の風味と心地よい喉越しに。蕎麦本来の味を堪能させてくれる。一品料理もすべて手作り。隠岐島から直送される、白いかの造りやかれいの一夜干しなど、お酒がすすむ数々が並ぶ。
