泉州で獲れためちゃ大きな一本の穴子が丸ごと揚げられています。
丼からはみ出しすぎなビジュアルはスゴい迫力ですね‼︎

見た目がゴツいので、油とタレでギトギトベトベトで甘〜くて大味というのではなく、程よい量がかけられているタレ。
ご飯の量からは少ないくらい。
このタレが甘めの濃い味なのにしつこくない。
ご飯がすすみます♪
カリッと揚がっているので油っこく感じませんし、穴子は長さに比べて厚み程々なのでペロリと食べられます♪
小鉢も付いて¥1,000。
見た目も価格にもびっくりですね‼︎
お店の方が物価高騰で¥100ほど値上げするようなことをおっしゃってましたが¥1,100でも安すぎですよね⁉︎
値上げしてもまったく気にならない〝泉州穴子の天丼〟でした。
