炎天下の中、移動するにも汗をかく日中。
週明けのランチで選んだのが、会社から近い寿司屋。
１２時過ぎに到着しますと、店頭に３名様が並んでおられる。
陽射しが無茶苦茶厳しく他店へ行こうか悩みましたが、昨日から此方に来ようと夢見てました。
１０分待って入れなければ出直そうと思い、１０分待った丁度のタイミングで入店出来ました。
いやぁ～、暑かった。
氷が入った緑茶を戴きつつ、「４貫増しで！」でオーダーが通りました。
大将、手際が良いですねぇ。
バンッと音をさせながら順次握られていく。
汁物は饂飩で、６個が１袋になったカトキチの冷凍うどんの様な物を湯煎しています。
マイレビさんも書かれていましたが、寿司屋で出される汁物は赤出汁が良い。
それも、魚のアラが入っていたら堪らなく嬉しいですね。
シャリは全体的にこじんまりしているか？
神戸で食した鮨よりはシャリは大きいかな？
寿司ネタで嬉しかったのが鰻でした。
握られる前にきちんとバーナーで焙って下さいました。
この辺が、回転している寿司屋とは異なる点です。
シャリは少ないと思っていましたが、４貫増しと饂飩でお腹の方は満足致しました。
