オーソドックスな焼き鳥でありながら、丁寧な焼き方と工夫で絶品に仕上がっています。もちろん食材も厳選を重ねてられることだと思いますが、珍しさは目立ちませんが、本当に美味しいです。
本日も満席とのことですが、納得が行きます。
焼き手のご主人は決して燻銀ではありません。どちらかと言えば若さんぽいですが、本当に丁寧な焼き鳥です。どこで修行をされたか聞きませんでしたが、しっかり基礎を学ばれてる感が伝わってくる料理です。
